JawWise is built so that we never see your data at all. This policy is short because there is almost nothing to disclose.
Nothing. JawWise has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We do not operate any server that receives your data.
Everything you log in JawWise, your relief sessions, pain and symptom entries, morning check-ins, and clench-check responses, is stored on your device only. JawWise does not sync your data to iCloud or any other server. We have no access to it.
Clench-check reminders and guided sessions on Apple Watch sync directly between your watch and your iPhone using Apple's device-to-device channel. Nothing passes through any server of ours.
Clench-check reminders and session/morning-check-in reminders are scheduled entirely on your device. We never see when they fire or how you respond.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple, through your App Store account. We receive no payment details, and you can cancel anytime in iOS Settings.
You can export your full pain log, morning check-ins, and clench-check history as CSV at any time, free forever, and generate a dentist-shareable PDF report (Pro). Delete everything by deleting the app.
JawWise is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
